A 30/45 minute fast paced class using a variety of bodyweight and dumbbell exercises. From 50 seconds for the easiest exercise to pushing yourself for 10 seconds on the toughest and then doing it all again backwards!! A workout that will leave you feeling exhilarated, challenged & ready to tackle the day!
