When you really want to add weights to your workout but don't know where to start or how much to do? One weight will do it all. A full body workout using dumbbells or a kettlebell to tone, sculpt and work muscles you didn't know you had all to a banging playlist to keep you entertained throughout! A PT session in a class environment!
