Whether you want to focus on strength building, stamina, weight loss, sports training - our sessions will be designed for you to get the most out of your time with me. Nutrition and exercise go hand in hand when it comes to making any type of adjustment to your health and fitness changes - we work together to achieve this and more during our sessions. 1-2-1 Personal Training

Personal training is just that - a session dedicated to just YOU! We will discuss and plan together to ensure you get the most from your training sessions. Focussing on your specific requirements and tailoring your workouts to meet your goals. Your session is just one part of your journey however, home workouts, 6 weekly fitness challenges and food and nutrition diaries are all part of your programme along with measurement updates to monitor your journey.

Small Group Training

Share the fun, the cost and the journey with a friend/friends. Sometimes it helps to have a workout buddy. Someone else you are accountable to, someone else who will push you and encourage you both in and outside of your personal training sessions. The Studio

All training sessions take place at my fully air conditioned TMG studio in Istead Rise. With a sprung floor, an ever growing variety of equipment and a great sound system you can 'enjoy' your sessions without having the audience of other gym goers or listening to music that doesn't motivate you!
