BATTLEBOX - SOLO - DUO - BAG!
A workout and a rave! To drum and bass music you will punch and kick your way through great combos, your heart rate will be high and your squats low!
A fun class for all abilities, a workout that can be done, SOLO; with weighted gloves (or not), DUO; partner work with gloves & pads or on the BAG; if you have one, however you do it, you will have so much fun, it definitely won't feel like a workout!
If you have fun while you workout, is it really working out? I like to think of it as having a great time while making my body stronger, leaner and fitter and my headspace MUCH happier! Try it with me and you'll see!
