Xtreme Hip-Hop is a high-energy toning and cardio step class created by Phillip Weeden! This concept has hit the USA by storm and now it's here in Kent! You don't have to be an expert to try, beginner steppers very welcome!
Steps will be provided, please bring your own mats and water and a towel!
