Designed to move and stretch the entire body whilst giving the core an amazing workout! Stimulating, fun and all fitness levels can join and enjoy.  

 

Using Intervals of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest, you will work your muscles to the maximum with the added bonus of an amazing stretch sequence to leave you feeling throughly worked out and relaxed at the same time! Win Win!
