Fancy getting fitter, stronger and faster?
Improve all aspects of your game with regular strength and fitness sessions with a fully qualified, netball playing, Personal Trainer. Learn the best exercises to really get the most out of your netball, avoid injury, improve stamina and generally improve your overall fitness levels!! We'll even have a game of netball after (if you have the energy)!!
