Totally Shredded is the new HIIT combat clubbing craze sweeping the nation.
Developed by Dean Heitman, these sessions are a must for everyone looking to lose weight, improve fitness or just simply come along and reap the rewards that HIIT training gives you. It is a class like no other with disco lights , Old Skool Garage,Drum and bass and Funky House tracks played at 150 bpm .
Mix this with BattleBox and you've got a 'full on' Combat Cardio workout for everybody and every BODY!!
