A 45 minute class consisting of 3 different workouts for you to try. From weights, HIIT, BattleBox, Kettlebells, Sculpt, Purestretch and more. Every week will be different, challenging, adaptable for all abilities and most of all.... FUN!! A social catch up, and a chance to improve your fitness, whatever your level!
