May is just around the corner!! As the country is slowly opening up and giving us more freedom, I am waiting, in anticipation, for guidance on Group Exercise - LIVE, INSIDE! In the meantime, I will be producing weekly timetables to be ready for announcements and weather forecasts! ZOOM is here to stay for those who are not yet ready or too far away to join live classes but I know there are lots of you who want to ‘get back’. It’s nearly Summer - how’s that Summer body coming along? Thumping Thursdays are already here - this week it’s CPR fun HIIT at Istead Rise Community Centre Field - last few spaces!! Get involved!!! It was so good to see 'real' faces and hear 'real' laughter (and moans and groans) on Thursday! The venue: Istead Rise Community Centre Fields Time: 7pm Class: Different every week What a great atmosphere! Thanks to everyone who came along to the first TMG Outside class on Thursday. The class was Accelerated Accumulator; a fun HIIT workout of 15 seconds work then 15 seconds rest but adding an exercise each round and upping the tempo of the music too. Sound easy? It's a little harder than it sounds BUT, it is for all abilities and there were lots of variations for different fitness levels. I'm pretty sure that everyone got a good workout and felt like they were back doing something a little bit 'normal' again! Classes outside will run every Thursday for at least the next few weeks until we can access an inside venue (weather depending). Lucky for us, next Thursday is looking great, weather wise, so I look forward to seeing you for CPR with a twist for our next class. If you have a set of dumbbells then please bring these. If not and you can bring a couple of bottles of water or tins of beans etc to use a couple of weights that would be great!! Well done everyone!! See you all very soon!
