More InfoI recently attended a fitness retreat organised by Tanya and JP, and it was truly exceptional from start to finish. The organisation was absolutely flawless – every detail was thoughtfully planned and executed, allowing us to fully relax and immerse ourselves in the experience.
The schedule struck the perfect balance between challenging workouts and much-needed downtime. There was a great variety of class types, with thoughtful adaptations for all fitness levels, so everyone could get the most out of each session.
The food, prepared by The Travelling Kitchen, was a highlight– fresh, nourishing, and packed with flavour. Each meal felt like a treat and kept us well-fuelled and satisfied throughout the retreat.
One of the most special aspects of the retreat was the community. It was a wonderful opportunity to make new friends and deepen existing connections.
